Pros

- Coworkers are great, I always felt extremely welcomed by them - Direct manager was awesome, he truly cares about how is people doing and advocates for the best for them. Even when the best for them is to continue somewhere else. - Good perks, a bunch of collective events - Great work life balance

Cons

- No clear strategy and vision - Product growth is outdated - Tech debt is huge, there are a bunch of folks who really care about it, but it’s a hard sell for LT - A lot of reshuffle on director+ level - Hard to ship fast

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
