      Lots of perks, but not worth the uncertainty - Anonymous employee GoTo Employee Review

      Pros

      Loved my manager, role, and perks of the company (time off and other benefits were generous)

      Cons

      The company is quick to layoff and fire employees. I felt extremely insecure in my job stability the entire time I worked at GoTo. Company does not think far enough into the future and doesn't give adequate time for team members to adjust into their role.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
