Cons
The Business Development org is large. Even though there’s plenty of room to grow you have to hit 110+% of your quota to move forward. It’s possible but you have to put in the work.

Cons
Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
