Pros

Great perks, flexible working, some great products that are always being worked on and improved.

Cons

Ridiculous targets with no proper strategy or investment to back it up or make it in any way achievable. Rolling rounds of layoffs and budget cuts. Teams are siloed and often no clear answers as to who owns what. Strategy and focus changes at the drop of a hat, meaning there is no continuity or opportunity for things to gain momentum.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
