      Good products, good signs, lack of coordination - Product Designer GoTo Employee Review

      Pros

      Some parts of the company, which means a very few highlighted products in the portfolio shows good signs. They grow rapidly, however this is their danger as well (see cons). The Hungrarian site is very cozy and still have pretty good people around with loads of experience in their field and in general GoTo (ex-LogMeIn) and its products. Also the community is pretty good, loads of kind people, especially at Budapest site.

      Cons

      Product direction is fuzzy for years now. Constant fight for roadmap items and once they get established they usually changed in every 3-6 months to react to customer priorities. Products have huge potential but with the lack of coordination in many areas they can't deliver the same value what we are fighting for everyday with our work.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
