- no pressure (yet, at least)
- good benefits and perks (private healthcare, HO support, cafeteria, office, bike facilities, breakfast etc.) even during probation period
- support of full remote work, with option to go into the office
Cons
- development environment setup was a bit cumbersome (but I've seen worse)
- a bit convoluted and hard to track technology stack

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
