Pros

Really great managers and other BDR's. Honestly i did not have any bad experiences working with people their.

Cons

Product isn't great compared to competition. Somewhat of a hard sell that mostly has to do with luck.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
