They focus on a neat, possibly big technology. Their grandiose view of themselves show that they're interested in their technology, but more importantly (for them) the focus was on money.

- Very little actual leadership - Communication is a nightmare - Goalposts for expectations move on a too-frequent basis - Still trying to push a technology that was never adopted by the #2 smartphone OS provider in the world - Zero training

Bad Pay For This Field. Bad communication. Misleading expectations. Bad management. Lack of documented procedure. Lack of Onboarding. Lack of Mentorship/Training. I could likely continue I believe you should listen to the reviews for this company here, I did not at the time.
