World looks at you as if you are a government employee. BUT, that's not true.
Cons
You are just tortured till you work for them. People with higher designations think that they have hired slaves for themselves and treats their junior employees in that manner. Salary - Not good Learning - Not much Once you are employed you are expected to give your 24 hrs to the company. Be ready to attend their calls even if you are enjoying movie with your love.
