Pros

Remote working and nothing more really

Cons

Where do we start. Building no-compliant services for GOV. Toxic leadership. A hire/fire mentalitiy. If you don't like what they are doing you'll be fired without any notice and locked out of systems. CEO thinks he can treate people however he wishes without concequences Really bad experience. I know numerous other contractors fired for the same thing. No principles. Should be nowhere near public-sector and gov contracts. If you join this agency - you will regret it! Pros

I don't have to work here anymore.

Cons

Unprofessional outlook and approach Fifteen staff being 'disposed of' in six months Frequent attempts by the CEO to persuade key government contracts that using AI will be acceptable to deliver change in a GOV.UK setting and will pass assessments Bullying culture - threat of contractors' timesheets not being signed if work is not visibly assigned to them Multiple staff fired without notice for no due cause. 35-day payment terms for contractors (even longer if it's Easter, with no explanation or apology for late payments) Toxic work culture Emails to management regularly ignored

Pros

Salary, free breakfast Friday, dress down Friday

Cons

. Poor management . No training . No structure . Poor leadership . No progression . No support . They fire you for something not serious . Rent a office and make you work onsite when the job can easily be hybrid at best . Asked to do jobs that are not in your job description . Staff speaking in another language . Only 3 parking spaces and everyone drives . 3 managers in 4 months red flag
