Where do i start.. the company has become so blind to keep themselves as no 1 in industry only in terms of sales that it keeps launching projects and making peoples lives hell we even feel bad for our managers the kind of pressure they are under, because the problem is not with one person the problem is the company has become mad to drive sales they do not focus on any other function people are really dissatisfied, they only come because of the name of company rest everything is 100% match to lala company, not complaining about hardwork but it should be the choice of employee that does the person wants to stay 1 am at night that to in a sales office, Hr policies only exist to show off no real life implementation even if i write there will not be a change but this if you are reading this guys stay away from real estate and especially the companies who see you as labour not as an asset or a person
