It provides a really good slary. I personally had a really nice team. Myfriends from other departmentes say the same. I appreciate the diversity. Met people from very different cultures.
Cons
Typical disadvantages of big companies. Have to spend significant amount of time for various meetings and trainings instead of doing your direct work.
