- Lots of great professionals to learn from - Good work-life balance and one of the best things is the unlimited PTO - Nice office - Super diverse - Great place for a beginner or someone who recently started his career, but have to be mentally ready that your hard work may not be fully rewarded/recognized by the management
Cons
Lack of ELT and senior management to follow companies strategy Poor people management Lots of meetings with minimal value Very limited room for growth
