      Pros

      The company was fun to work for. The employees and culture were always enjoyable and we were well looked after.

      Cons

      The company goals were often unknown. Also, due to a large growth of employees, there seemed to be very little direction and we did not know who was responsible for certain tasks. The pay was also slightly below average.

      If you want to work in games with people that love games and demand you love games as well... it the place for you. Great working conditions. Fun Projects. Great people.

      Its in Iceland... Focus shifts are normal.. Many people working many jobs disciplines
