I was one of a few remote employees so I can't comment much on internal office dynamics. Overall, exec team cared about employees and constantly worked to improve and listen to employees. Benefits are adequate for this sized co. 401k match.
Cons
Lack of advancement opportunities long term unless you work on-site.
