The money was great, I made about 80k a year as a cocktail server working 35 hours a week. Customers were decently respectful and shifts are short 5-7 hours.
Cons
Unhealthy environment. One manager in particular was extremely verbally abusive, sexually harassed employees, and micromanaged which was my biggest problem with working there. Wouldn’t let you go home sick (wouldn’t fly now due to covid but they aren’t even open).
No security when needed. I would be left alone even if I was afraid and told management about it. They guilt you if you take time off. Other employees can bully you if you don’t sleep with them. Over drinking on the clock.
