Great coworkers , mangement really cares about employee needs

Managers does not communicate well with staff or within themselves..

Fast pace industry with a lot of experience to gain. Coworkers are nice and care about their jobs.

Management. Zero morale here and employees are dropping like flies. Toxic work environment. No sense of advancement but constant problems and scoldings from leadership. Managers play favorites and advancement is not based on merit. Lack of accountability from leadership. Will be told what we are doing wrong but offered no solutions. Demeaning. Benefits package is awful as well. When employees voice being unhappy HR tells us that we are ‘gossiping’ and going against company policy. Employees can’t even expect raises. Will be told raises will be discussed during reviews but reviews will be avoided by leadership - and if they do happen they pound into anything you did wrong in the year to avoid a raise. Constantly feel like your employment is at risk
