      Pros

      Somehow good work environment. The indoor gym is also a plus.

      Cons

      Lack of salary progression, you´re payed way bellow normal standards for your work experience, zero motivation and lack strategical view. They fail in personnel retention due to the lack of motivation by the administration. Poor manadgement of the company leads to frustration in many employees due to the lack of progression, both on the profissional and salary point of view.

      Pros

      The work environment was very relaxed and fun, We also had access to a gym. It’s also a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of sports, nutrition, and supplements.

      Cons

      There was a lack of strong management and clear long-term vision for the company. Trust in employees was limited, and micromanagement was a recurring issue, which affected motivation and overall productivity.
