Great team, good team spirit most of the time. Company provides snacks, hosts BBQ's and other events. Good job security.

Require a lot of attention to detail. Maybe a bit over done at times. But maybe because the system has to be so precisely made.

Grossly mismanaged, Don't call it profit sharing when you gave one employee $20 for a whole years work. Might as well have gave them a slap in the face for their contribution
