      Pros

      Good benefits, decent pay, their Canadian mines seem more stable,

      Cons

      They seam to be abandoning their smaller mines along with the people who work at them, which contradicts one of the six pillars (the companies alleged core philosophy) they are selling all their US assets which means people are getting laid off

      Stable and one of the largest of its kind. Great benefits for all its workers This company looks out for your safety 24/7

      Cons

      Most of their sites are far from civilization The food quality in camps is not as good as other sites

      Low costs, great people, company commitment to people and their development, company commitment to smart growth, 10 properties in low risk areas, great wages and benefits.

      Cons

      Few properties in USA, means few US opportunities.
