Pros

Brilliant projects to work on, meet a lot of clients who can help further your career and give amazing advice. Some team members are the best at what they do and you can learn a lot from them. Wonderful place to work and learn.

Cons

Absolutely no work life balance, anyone who isn't at the top is ridiculously underpaid. There is no HR department, no benefits and you have to fight your way for a pay rise. Those working below management and higher level(engineers/colourists/sound are treated as dispensable so they don't care how they feel. The majority of staff here are unhappy. The higher ups don't see this as many have worked there for years and it shows. They don't understand how people complain about the pay when they have a job...? The most undervalued people of the company can barely afford a travelcard and you wonder why they complain?

Pros

Great location, interesting work, knowledgeable picture and sound teams.

Cons

Interns at the time were doing the same work of full-time runners/assistants for small stipend pay.

Pros

- Open and friendly staff - Sit in on projects being worked on - (Sometimes) Opportunities to meet and discuss projects being worked on

Cons

- Too often the Client Service duties get in the way of the educational part - Lack of proper compensation ($20 a day is way too little for the amount of work we do sometimes)
