Great pay, benefits and bonus program if they ever give one out again.
Cons
Micro management, rotating 12 hr shifts, 7 days on / 7 days off, promises made but never kept, advancement to supervisor available but after that they require engineering degrees to further yourself, which all the management currently doesn’t have except the CEO. Human Resources is terrible at best. GGE is really Volatile and solely depends on corn markets. Several threats of shutting down or curtailing staff happen often, but has never come to be, YET!!
