Pros
I dont work here anymore
Cons
If there was a negative star I would give it. I only gave 1 because there is no other options to give on this platform. 1) This company is very scratchy in a neighborhood that is very scratchy that you feel like you have to stay inside not to get shot. 2) its a company full of Koreans so if you are not Korean or don't speak the language chances are you are going to feel like you are in a nail salon where everyone literally talks over you in Korean that you are in the dark constantly. You ask an English question and they like literally say to you" Oh let me ask" and start talking in Korean to the person next to you, discussing the question you ask to them, and then in English turn to you saying "yes:". What the hell where you discussing for 30 minutes about the question I asked? 3) there is Literally no work life balance, if you don't have a life and just want to be at work constantly this is the place to be. They don't want to pay overtime, so they verbally tell you salary, so they benefit from having you go to work at 8 am and leave at 6-7pm.but you don't have ANY benefits no choice whatsoever about the hours you go to work, vocations, medial, hour you take your lunch or breaks. That's 10 hours at work. and literally salary is salary, where the employee gets to at least go on break when they want, Right ? wrong . At this company your lunch hour is decided for you, its 12-1 , 1 hour, which is fine , but they have so much work for you , that you cant even take your lunch at 12 sharp, you usually get to go at 12:20 or 12:30 where the lunch ends at 1 and you cant even take a full hour break, you cant even stay your full 1 hour because they will have cameras follow that oh she took an hour break and came back at 1:30. Its not even allowed to take a 10 minute break and breath because they have cameras looking at your every move and if you go get coffee and look at your phone one sec to see your messages or whatever, they will not like it. In conclusion, you literally non-stop work for 9 and half hours. some people who don't take their lunch that's 10 full hours of working. From what others told me , the company doesn't allow vocation until your 1 year, which only will be 5 working days. They don't have any work benefits. 4) This company treats its factory workers like ship or cows. What I mean by this. The factory workers get a BELL ring in loud noises indicating that they have a 5 -10 minute break. When that bell rings you see a herd of people walk to get their food, then literally 5 minutes a loud bells rings and they go back to work. They get yelled at. I didn't work with them and felt very offended by how this people gets to be treated. 5) I noticed that many people where on either work visa, or the visa had expired so they were taking classes to stay in the states. I think many people here are not even legally working at the US. Speak of foreigners taking our jobs away. 6) Unless you talk in Korean, they don't understand English. I ask a question in English and this gets translated to oh you don't know ? no , you don't get what I am asking!
