Pros
For the most part it was a clean environment
The secretaries are real troopers
Immense flexibility on working hours
Cons
The employee culture has turned into one of vultures where everyone is pitted against the rest to meet sales targets, only in this case the financial outcome hurts mostly the employee (since the company only offers commissions).
The training that is offered is ridiculous at best. We were provided with a handbook, with a specific set of sentences that we were supposed to say during our talk with (prospective) clients most of which were about "selling the brand". We would hold a formal meeting every so often, where we would go through sales statistics of the past months with the office head manager and then he would repeat the handbook.
There were no consequences for breaking company's rules or values. Following unethical practices was condoned only by the co-workers that were hurt whilst falsifying data and withholding information was done routinely. We only ever talked about it in meetings and it was clear that they meant it to work this way despite not "embracing" the practice.
Terrible environment and hardware to work with. The chairs were so uncomfortable I developed backpain 3 weeks in, the computer monitors would hurt my eyes and cause me nausea and dizziness and the spaces between desks was worse than cubicles! At peak hours your would be lucky to find a computer to work on and nearly god blessed if you found a chair for it as well! That is if you were strong (or desperate) enough to withstand the lack of oxygen in the room, since they had apparently no money to fix the ventilation system and the eldest of our co-workers were always cold (even in the summer) and would not allow open windows.
No parking spaces unless you worked in the upper management. The rest of us had to park in a nearby super market's parking lot or face the possibility of getting a ticket (which most of us if not all actually did get at some point)
The company purposefully keeps an untidy database where no entries are deleted. That makes for a very hard database to work with, since many clients, ads etc have multiple entries sometimes with severely (and many times purposefully) lacking information.
