Casual work environment, not micromanaged, cool perks like winning tickets to sporting events and company bought us lunch twice a month.

Toxic, bad management that played favorites and didn’t try to hide it. Under compensated and mediocre benefits. Only 6 six days per year and only two weeks vacation until 5 years with the company. Company got very corporate and took on too much. Got too big for their britches and laid a bunch of people off after they said that laying people off wasn’t company culture.
