Working part-time at Golden Scoop was a great experience since it was my first job after SPM. I learned how to serve customers and manage my schedule with the help of my supervisor, who taught me everything from opening to closing the shop. One of the most memorable parts was the 31st promotion day. It was amazing to see how packed the shop got and how busy the staff were handling all the orders.

The shop often runs short of staff, which means the remaining employees have to work overtime.
