      I found that company culture is not that good that much. Working hours are flexible but i would rate average in terms of work life balance.

      Cons

      Not good for new learning and skill growth as per the market values.

      Some friendly co-workers. Not much aside

      Cons

      The CEO is a pretty sexist dude. Few benefits and a very lacking compensation package. Paid hourly and somewhat toxic environment to be in at times. Loud environment and a lot of internal conflict within the company.
