The office is beyond gross! The walls are yellow from when they used to smoke in the office. There was dead animals in the office and caf! They start you off with only 2.5 days off the first year and only one week after a year. The manager does not know how to adjust to different personalities/manage to the need of the employee. The manager only knows how to micro-manage, reads every single one of your emails, and gets upset if you no longer need their help to do your job. HR is one of the owners which is a horrible situation. HR plays favorites and made me feel uncomfortable in a few situations. HR has no clue what goes on in the office and as one of the owners, that is sad and maybe one of the reasons why the company wasn't doing well and 4 people all left on the same day.
