Pros
- Very interesting items (just check out their Netflix show the King of Collectibles for some of the stuff we'd see) - Great colleagues, everyone's working hard to do their best - Good pay - Good benefits
Cons
- The company's CEO Ross Hoffman has NO IDEA what the hell is he doing and is completely under qualified for the job. - Hiring and firing is his idea of people management and development including terminating amazing people who are actually making an impact just because they don't jump as high as he wants them to jump when he barks at them - He's also very insecure and pompous which is just such a terrible mix
