Pros
R500 incentive vouchers to buy alcohol to numb the pain from working there
Cons
1. Micromanagement.
3. The company has no idea how to treat clients correctly and basically acted as an unsolicited spamming mail service.
2. The environment is so toxic that even going to the bathroom with your phone was prohibited. You were treated like children and shut down instantly should you have anything to say that slightly went against them.
3. Directors are pretentious and easily the worst people I have ever come across. Very quick to be-little you, they have no idea how to speak to you like a human being as if they had a serious case of small-man-complex.
4. Everything is monitored and questioned, and I mean everything. Cameras all face each computer screen and monthly emails are sent to employees with highlighted sites you had visited that was not directly work related - this included Mc Donalds for ordering lunch. The Directors have a wall covered with screens linked to each camera for evaluation.
5. Being sick and having to take a day was treated like a crime. Taking annual leave was stressful as it was always followed with a million questions as to why.
