      I started here as an entry-level position and quickly saw opportunity for growth. They gave me the training I needed to advance from my current position and I've learned a lot of beneficial business and sales skills.

      Cons

      There is a lot of turnover in different positions, so the lack of staff makes it stressful at times.

      They have you use your personal vehicle and do not give mileage or maintenance stipends. The inconsistent expectations from one team member to the other and one office to the next.
