I took this job after graduating from high school and enjoyed it before I started college in the fall -Customer interaction -Being able to talk about golf all day long -Fun work environment -Ability to advance in the store if you are good at sales
Cons
-pay could have been higher -a lot of the training videos were pointless and did not really teach anything -company focuses a lot on inventory loss management instead of employees
