Pros
The managers are all great, every single one knows the ins and outs of products and are super helpful. It feels like home to almost all the workers, a place where I can be myself. Overall, the environment is easy to strive in and the co-workers make the experience worth it in itself.
Cons
Discounts aren't as good as one may think, and hours can be long. It also is very hard to upgrade pay even after an extended amount of time. There is also no commission when selling products which can be frustrating at times.
