I had the pleasure of being recruited by Amanda Esquivel and after being in Sales for 10+ years, I have to say that it was hands-down the best interview experience I have ever been a part of. Below are a few of the reasons why: - Amanda was genuinely interested in getting to know me and took the time to learn more about me personally in addition to my past work experience and did an excellent job mapping that to the core operating principles. - Preparation: I was extremely well equipped with videos and other materials that did an excellent job of describing the company, role and culture. Also, Amanda took the time to do prep calls with me before each step of the process to make sure I was fully prepared - something that is RARE from my experience. - Encouragement and Advice: I felt very supported throughout the process with Amanda rooting me on and was also directed to a couple of current employees to learn more from them.
