+ Growing significantly in response to amazing market performance + Very unique and exciting product. Value prop is clear for customers + Product & Engineering produce fast results and continued innovation + Big fan of the C-Suite team. Super down to Earth and kind folks + The Product itself is amazing and makes day-to-day work much easier overall
Cons
- Growth is almost too significant, to the point where moving too quickly might seem like a negative. Hard to know for sure what the long term ramifications may be - Sales is selling to larger enterprise organizations, but the product still has limitations that can make these rollouts painful. Will hopefully improve in the next 1-2 years and engineering keeps pace - Very conservative stance on in-person gatherings due to Covid. No offices or apparent reopening plans for the near future
