Pros
I joined Gong six months ago and in that time the office in Dublin has tripled with the most amazing people. Remote and flexible work is the norm with travel perks, lunch perks, health insurance etc all part of the package. While the office in Dublin is relatively new (less than a year), it has everything that you would expect from the top SaaS and Tech companies. The customers that we work with are raving fans of Gong and are our biggest advocates, this always makes the job easier. The company is growing rapidly and there is no better time than now to apply to join the Rocketship.
Cons
As with any high-growth company, expectations and workload can be heavy but this is no different from any company I've ever worked for. We have more perks than most including travel expenses but one thing lacking at the moment is an employer contributory pension (which is being worked on).
