Pros
Very solid and mature executive leadership, easy to approach. Amazing product team and product. Culture is great.
Cons
Growing extremely fast has its upsides and downsides. One of the downsides is that have potentially overhired in some spots and underhired in others. That will all balance out as we get more mature (I hope).
