Pros

- Great work-life balance, I feel my team and manager trust me to get my job done, without micro-managing my schedule which is great! - Very interesting product - Great vibes at the office, awesome people at my team and the company - Catering for lunch is very convenient - I feel that the company is emphasizing what's really important

Cons

- On the engineering department, due to splitting up the code repositories, it sometimes feels like there's "no owner" to some of the areas in the product which can be very struggling when problems come up
