Solid Management and willing to work with schedule changes.

Overtime not allowed and not a great opportunity to move up.

Great family atmosphere, lower stress level than some companies I have been to. Laid back in a lot of ways, store discounts and the owners are friendly and good people. The coworkers are genuine, kind and down-to-earth and dedicated employees.

Health benefits are minimal 3 days of holidays in a year very minimal paid time off for benefited full-time employees The process is not simple and easy to get an approval to get time off longer than a couple of days.
