      Pros

      Very well settled, professional team, extremely well respected by the Environmental Community. Huge opportunities for networking and growth and mentorship. A string of managers went on to found or run their own companies at age 30 after 5-6 years training here.

      Cons

      Warehouse work can be very dusty and dirty. Company ceased growing in the past decade and more managers move up by moving along.

      Pros

      Very big-picture-oriented electronics recycling company with offices in Vermont and Massachusetts. 20 years in business, able to adapt to constantly changing marketplace for reuse, repair and recycling. Internationally regarded, strong ethics and reputation. Promotes from within, ground floor employees elevate to management fairly quickly.

      Cons

      Although work hours are very flexible, salary is not yet competitive with urban markets.
