Pros
They hire from the community (at least for front line positions).
Cons
They care more about the money coming in than the people they should be serving. Lots of in-fighting in upper management. Upper managers do not support the front line staff. Most are there to advance their resumes and paychecks. They take WAY too long to terminate poor employees. Youth program staff are not properly trained or regulated in child supervision. Child care staff do the bare minimum to meet standards and spend most of their day posting to social media. I would not leave my children in their care.
