      Pros

      fair wages, benefits, co-workers friendly and helpful, personal satisfaction from helping patients, offices are nice, reimbursement for mileage

      Cons

      job and co-workers are fine, management in Christiansburg and Roanoke ruins it. They will lie about employees to fire them and lose their annual leave pay out. Management threatens employees. Coverage area to large, must work overtime to get the work done, with little compensation.
