Leadership tries their best to ensure all perspectives are heard before making decisions, and the Board of Directors is supportive of the organizational mission, vision and growth. The schedule is flexible with a significant amount of autonomy. In general, there are opportunities for support and additional support can be found when asked for it. Overall, a great organization with a strong, expansive trajectory.
Cons
Simultaneously has the potential to feel too slow-moving and too quick-moving at various times. The organization could benefit from additional middle management support and training for new managers/supervisors.
