      Good place to start career, more learning, less work load, innovative team.

      Cons

      Sometimes work load is more. No senior developer to help. You need to have go getter attitude to work in this environment.

      They had a solid product which was moving good, for some reason they had to stop it. Then started providing different services to many clients

      Too many customers but all small projects
