      Great coworkers, schedule flexibility and availability to advance in the company.

      Crazy customers. Gets hectic during valentines and the holidays.

      Pros

      Helpful educational opportunities for staff. Seems a lot of the upper management has been with company for a long time.

      Cons

      Wages and benefits are subpar considering sales. Also staff are not allowed to take time off during the holidays season which isn't worth the low wages.
