      Almost everyone is very accommodating to new hires asking many questions.

      Cons

      Training is very vague and in most situations, you have to learn with experience. Things are constantly changing.

      Pros

      Remote friendly. Leadership are open, attentive and flexible for work-life balance. Newly integrated maternity leave.

      Cons

      Intense work environment. Health benefits not very comprehensive. 401k match is zero (was discretionary 2-6% in past years). No performance reviews or raises in 5 years for many on the team, although we were requesting both annually.
