Pros
The people who work here tend to be very friendly and helpful. The mission of the company is amazing as it aligns incentives across different parties to provide lower prices to the actual patients - which seems to be rare in the world of healthcare. While the company culture has shifted to being more corporate as the company has grown, the culture is still quite employee friendly from my experience.
Cons
Planning is always late and there are frequent organizational changes. It gives the feeling of disorder in upper management. The lateness in planning leads to cycles of almost no work to be done - to suddenly massive spikes of work once planning is completed.
