Pros

If you’re looking to be a part of an engineering team that’s high velocity and high growth and gives you a chance to work at one of the fastest-growing Fintech B2C companies in India. There are plenty of engineering problems to solve, and red tape does not get in your way. Top-of-the-market pay for software engineers.

Cons

Perks offered should be revamped completely, there are only 30 leaves offered in a year, perhaps that can be increased too.

Pros

> Great place to learn patience. Spend the week chasing approvals, only to receive lengthy feedback on Friday evenings ensuring your weekend starts with fresh anxiety instead of closure. >If your dream is to make the office your second home, this place accelerates that goal. >Unlimited opportunities to stay connected to work. Even when you plan a trip home, leave may magically transform into "Why don't you just WFH?" Taking actual time off can feel more like a negotiation than a policy.

Cons

>The notice period feels more like a punishment than a transition. Isolation, micromanagement, attendance policing, and delayed exit formalities become the new normal. >Weekend starts only after the Friday evening meeting... if your back survives the chairs. > High leadership turnover. Managers have limited decision-making power, and most decisions depend on the founder, making it difficult to drive change >Receiving warning emails for arriving late, even after regularly working past 9 PM, reflects a culture that values hours tracked over effort.

Pros

The learning environment is also very strong. Since the company is in a growth phase, there are ample opportunities to learn and gain exposure to various aspects of the SDLC, making it a great place for both professional and technical development. People here are good and really trying to improve and make the place better. I feel there's a lot of opportunity for growth in all aspects.

Cons

The environment is very fast-paced, and the learning curve is steep, since this is a startup. I feel this might be challenging for those who are used to highly structured corporate environments. But, for those looking to grow quickly, this is actually a good point.
