Pros
I joined when I was a software engineer, and I got to work top customers including Paytm, Mercedes Benz, etc. What I loved about the company was the ability to work with senior architects and customers hand in hand. I could work on complex problems, create solutions that catered to millions of users. We worked to solve end user problems, I loved it. I picked up DevOps, CI/CD and other latest stuff in analytics. At every step, i was encouraged to push myself and grow.
I was able to get healthy bonus and increments that were better than industry standards. So, salary is above industry standards. This is a big plus. I got back to back promotions and now I am a tech lead.
Right now, WFH is permanently given. Big advantage for me to spend time with my family. All in all, I love working here

Nothing that I can think of. As long as you want growth, this can be your company to work for.
