Construction work in the summer can be rough if you're not used to physical labor. The store positions have to deal with the public, which could be a pro or a con depending on your personality. There's not a big corporate ladder to climb, so if you're not doing something that generates sales you can plateau quickly. Weak people don't get cut quickly in most departments.
